Luscious Lemon Pie

I can not get the filling to set any ideas please.

It is the lemon juice that should make the cream thicken, try adding a little more lemon juice, stir gently and leave. Hope this works.

Did you dust it with icing sugar?, cos I did this once with a french fruit tart, and the sugar melted the custard, still tasted divine, but was difficult to serve!!
