Does anyone have a favourite rissole recipe suitable for a dinner party. Yes, a dinner party for 10 and and the request is for good, hearty, tasty rissoles in a rich sauce. Can anyone help please?

Delia's Complete Cook book has some rissole recipes for leftovers, but you could add something fancier i f you wanted ... do you have access to the Complete Delia?

Thanks, Cheekygirl. Yes I expect I can access Delia. I think actually, my guest really means meatballs! So will look at that as well.
