Must tell you about this brilliant little gadget that the wife got me for crimbo,

Its called Blade-tech and is the best sharpener you WILL ever buy forget your steel you wont need it trust me! and its only 12 quid.
She bought it for my hunting exploits obviously you need a sharp knife but it will sharpen in seconds any knife int the kitchen with the exeptoin of serrated it cant do them! But will put a razor sharp edge on all the others inc cleavers.

Do a search for it I think you just type in Blade-tech. and its also tiny so will fit on a key ring I am well impressed.
