Can anyone tell me what spices are in Cajun Seasoning? I want to do the pork chop recipe featured on yesterdays GFL programme, and can't remember what the chef said was in the seasoning!

hi Vanessa ive got a good one but the book is in france but I typed in cajun spice recipe s in my engine search bar and loads came up we always add extra paprika and a load more garlic powder also using the smoked parika changes the tastes (we love it on roast veggies)

Vanessa, I've used this Cajun seasoning mix before and it was great on BBQ'd pork chops.
3/4tspn white pepper and same of black pepper [ground!]
1tbspn sweet paprika 2 1/2 tspn salt
1 tspn onion salt 1tspn garlic powder
1/2 tspn dried thyme and same of dried oregano

1 tbls sweet paprika, 2½ tsp salt, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cayenne, ¾ tsp white pepper, ¾ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp dried thyme, ½ tsp dried oregano.
