Hi there have just come back from Calais with lots of wine, cheese & 60 frozen snails Eek already stuffed with herb and garlic butter. There are no cooking instructions on the packet and I want to cook some. I reckon let then defrost and then in a hot oven 180 to 200 deg c for 15 mins. Do you agree? Roll Eyes

Yes, I would defrost for 2 hours then heat in a fairly got oven, 200C, but only for about 8-10 minutes.
