Hi Aby, I love Christmas too. I love Turkey, everyone says its too dry - mine isn't, nor's my mum's - but still hate sprouts!!! LOL

I WOULD JUST BAN CHRISTMAS COMING EVERY YEAR. LETS HAVE IT LIKE A LEAP YEAR.EVERY FOUR YEARS WILL DO.SO BANISH THREE CHRISTMAS'S TO ROOM 101

I can think of a few things I would like to ban but have decided not to. All I would be doing is getting rid of memories. The box of dates, that nobody ate, except Dad. My Uncle who every year delivered the fresh free range turkey. The mince pies that mum made and every year someone reminds me that mine are no way as short as hers were. Christmas puddings that Granma made. All these things make Christmas what it is. I'm sure as my children grow older they will look back on their past christmas's and say "do you remember when" just as I do.

Just thought of something else - bananas in general I loathe, but bananas in trifle WHY! It is disgusting.

I agree with AbyC and Karen15, Christmas is amazing and not a time to banish lovely food into Room 101 especially not turkey. The turkey I have on Christmas day is always lovely, I love Christmas dinner it is my favourite meal... pigs in blankets, bread sauce, cranberry sauce, stuffing, roast potatoes, sprouts, carrots, peas, brocolli, roast parsnips, creamy mash and I always have yorkshire puds, plus lots of lovely thick gravy. This would be my last meal I love it that much.

Please put Turkey into room 101 as it is yet another boring dull and tasteless American import.

I love christmas and even despite the skinny gravies, the dreaded sprouts , the christmas pud that hits you in the boots (never have it at christmas but get loads in the sales and fry it in butter and booze for a barbie pud!!) soapy instant stuffing, cheap plonk and of course not forgetting the daft hats!! the only thing that I can think of to put in room 101 is the sports on boxing day well if the ball was made of that ghastly cheap chocolate it would be food
