What is golden Beetroot? Is it the same as red beets.

Pretty much the same, still takes about two hours to cook. You can use the tops like spinach.

Thanks light and Rosti, Yes Rosti it is exactly the one I bought from Waitrose as described in the link.
Any idea where can I buy fresh?

Fraid not Bashir, but I did find an online seed catalogue that sell them if you have a garden and can grow you own for next year.
