Hi All,
I'm quite new here and was just wondering if anyone knew of any books/websites where i can find some low potassium recipes for my friend who is pre dialysis?? i really want to help him but dont know where to start!!

The link below is from the National Kidney Federation and has info about a recipe book which is free and only costs £1 for p+p. There is also info about all kinds of issues with regards to kidney patients such as benefits, books, helpline etc.

Confused My brother in Law may have coeliacs disease, and I am looking for dietry information and possible recipes? anything would be gratefully received.

Try looking at coeliac.co.uk for all information about the disease including diet.

You could also follow these links to some sites that have gluten free recipes or search yourself. I just oput gluten free recipes in the search engine and came up with loads of sites that might be of interest to you (too many to provide links for!)
