Profiterole wedding cake/cone

Could anyone help. A friend is getting married and wants a wedding cake made from profiteroles in a cone shape.

I have the basic recipe but how do you make the cone!!!

You need the recipe for croquemboche (?) think that's how you spell it - here's some instructions [link] Big Grin

Saw someone on Hugh Fernley whatsit making it in a traffic cone once but it didn't work so think best way is just to pile the balls up in ever decreasing circles. You could do the same with chocolate sauce instead of caramel but it would be a bit more precarious !!
