I have been searching through the Great Food Live recipe listing and have found it so time consuming that I have given up. It is neither in alphabetical order or any other type of order and having to go through 500 plus recipes is a bit daunting. Can anything be done to simplify the search please????

I agree. I wanted to look up a Lesley Walters Pudding. I cannot even find Lesley Walters on the search Engine here. Please tell me how to find her recipes. I have't got the name of the pudding, so thought, I know, look up Lesley first and then go through her pudding recipes. Help me please. I am quite new to this site.

9pints - try clicking onto 'Recipes' on the left hand side here (the red column). That will take you to recipes, then scroll down where it states by 'chef' ' and you might be able to find it that way.

As a new member, I have read the above comments and must agree with them. In particular Ii can fully identify with romarin. I have been trying to get 'Ching's' recipes, with litle success. Please don't tell me to click onto Chefs; I've tried it. Iit seems the previous days recipes are not available. All this came about because of the frustration in trying to get Ching's recipes from yeserday 28th Sept, and an Iindian recipe from last week.

As a new member I agree that there should be a quicker way to find a recipe. What I discovered when looking for a recipe for Grilled Lamb was that you select the Alphabetical listing, then select the Letter, "G" then once on the first page change the page number in the address line on the toolbar from "1" to a number that you think is close to the second letter in the recipes name, the just repeat until you strike. It is quicker than going page by page.

Thanks - Megontex - Western Australia

Hi Megontex

Hope you found your grilled lamb recipe now. Perhaps too late for you this time, there are some routes you can try - the first of which being to search for 'grilled lamb' in the search box which brings back 21 results.

You could also go to the Chefs page [link] click on the chef's name, if you know who the recipe is by, and then you can search within those results - near to the bottom of the page.

Hope that helps for next time, best wishes - and welcome to the board.

Hi Vic,

Thanks for the reply & the tip, I gave it a go and found the Lamb dish.

I am trying to find the recipe for Chocolate & Banana Trifle that was on the same show as the Grilled Lamb with Chilli & Apple Chutney that showed here in Australia on Monday 7th Nov. Unfortunatly I cannot rememeber the Chef and would appreciate any help.

Regards
Megontex

Hi Megontex, could it be this one? [link]

Try searching for just 'trifle' - there are just 20 results, so not toooo many to look through!

Hope all's well in Australia.

Vic
