hi can anyone help me? is there a recipe for a beef flavoured pastry. i thought about crumbling an oxo into the mixture-does anyone else think this could work????

Try it, sounds if it will probably work. I would liquidise the cube first and use it as part of the liquid mixture. You will then not get grainey bits in the pastry. Or try it crumbled and get a speckled pastry.

I would use very very strong beef stock instead of water to make the pastry, then also paint the pastry with the same stock instead of a milk or egg glaze.
