What is the best wine to drink with curry?

I like a rich fruity red, but a mate of mine who "knows" says a crisp dry white is best. So I always think it depends on personal taste myself.

There are some good food and winde matching sites online now though if you want to see what the experts say.

I like a nice crisp dry white too, like Rustie, or a rose, I think always goes nicely, but again as Rustie says you should drink what you like, what tastes good to you, I know a lot of people like the Cobra beer, which most Indian restaurants sell.

I always crave lager when having a curry....I don't drink it any other time.
