I've just made some gooseberry sorbet, and wonder if anyone can suggest something nice to go with it?

Shortbread or brandy snaps or any other crisp little biccies and maybe a bitter chocolate sauce

tried it with the choc sauce MickeyT, it was dee lish Tongue
