Pam, Do you just mean ground-up ceps? An awful lot of these mushrooms are sold here in Poland, even in the corner shops, but you do have to be careful with moths. I would suggest buying whole dried mushrooms and then grinding them yourself. Then you know exactly what you are getting as you can look them over, and if in doubt nuke in the microwave. As an ex-veggie the idea of added protein is truly revolting. I have heard of the practice of using sub-standard fungi for this purpose some time ago, also then you know you are just using ceps.
