I saw something that Ainsley was doing and he used a can of ready made (rolled) croissant dough.

Does anyone know where you can buy this?

hi carl i saw that recipe if you ment the one with the sausages,you can buy the dough in the chiller in supermarkets.

Usually next to the chilled pastry. I know Sainsbury's sell it there.

I had a look at Tesco and Asda online - couldnt find it. Will check when I go to the stores.

anyone know where to get croissant dough in Scotland

u should get it in the chilled section of supermarkets - larger asda's sell it - its made by pilsbury i think - it comes in a can that you twist open
