hi jintyblue basic mix for 12 cupcakes
4oz each of butter, sugar,s-r flour
2 eggs

i also add some vanilla and some milk to make softer mix but not really important.hope this helps to get you baking aime

I use, 115g caster sugar
115g butter
2 eggs
1tbs milk
175g self raising flour
half teasp vanilla essence

we`re good hey,between us we did the old and new weights,iwas in the middle of typing out with both on but then comp binned me off couldnt be bothered to do both after so just did the one.i might go and do some baking myself know you`ve got me in the mood aime
