When I printed out Alan Coxon's recipe for Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, there seems to be a mistake when listing the amount of chestnut puree...HELP!!!...I'm American and new to cooking in Europe...unsweetened chestnut puree is a new one on me...hehehe...but tell me how much to use and I shall persevere!...thanks for the program...I learn something new everyday and congrats Jeni!!! You're looking incredible...keep up the good work and share your secrets with the rest of us....

400 cans of chestnut puree seems an awful lot to me

This is just a guess, but it probably meant to say '400g can'.

Just had a look at the recipe and you're right - it is supposed to be 1 x 400g. Sorry, these things do slip through sometimes.
