Hi, anyone got a better memory than me, I seen on food bites just this weekend a recipe which was bread drizzled with olive oil put in the oven then spread with a paste that was I think made in a blender, anyone help please.

No idea, apart from foccacia. Who made it sofern. Who did the recipe?

Thanks for the response MammaChef, not foccacia as you suggest and I just haven't a clue who did the recipe, I'll be a bit adventurous and adapt something myself, thanks again..
