Hi,
I found Delia Smith's courgette and Potato cakes very tempting and tried it out. They were fantastic even though they were baked in the oven. As per the recipe I used eggs to bind the cakes. Can I use any other ingredient(s) instead of eggs ? Please help !!

Would a bit of thick white sauce help?

You can use cream,or a mixture of flour and butter.

Hi Nimisha

I would also use a mixture of flour and butter, it's known in the trade as beurre manie and is used to thicken all sorts of sauces as well.
