I am a 20 year old chef who is very enthusiastic and my knowledge of food is very good. I wondered if the opportunity would arrise for guest chef appearances on your excellent show, because I would love to come and do a demo on it if this happened!

where are you working at the moment and what sort of food is prepared and served. what area do you work in and how long since you started. Did you go to college and where or learn on the job (which can proove just as valuable if not more so).
