Does anyone have any interesting recipes using oats? Have been told to eat them daily and am fed up with porridge and its variations!

Snowy - get the latest copy of Good Food mag - there is a fab one in there - have to admit have tried porridge but can't stand the texture - haven't tried this recipe but sounds fab - Feb edition, pg. 117, Breakfast Ambrosia

oat bisuits,muffins,pancakes add then to meat dishes,flap jacks and add your fav' fruit in the mix or walnuts,raisons,sultannas ect. plain flap jacks coated with plain chocolate. Just a basic recipe with added semi dried apricot ,healthy and yummy.

can be used as a coating on fish such as herrings etc.
