Hi Kevin Dundun just did an amazing Salmon dish with risotto - can't find it under current recipes - can anyone tell where I can find it - want to try it tomorrow night

I'm going to guess it - there was honey and soy sauce for the salmon and the risotto was with shallot, garlic, lemon grass and lemon as far as I can remember.

I don't think the recipe you are referring to is on the site Sugarpuff, I did a google search on Kevin Dundon and it only really came up with the chicken one on here.

I am quite amused that you were expected such quick replies though, this is only a messageboard not a live chat room recipe service.

Hi, the Kevin Dundon recipe was part of a video clip he wasnt live on the show.
We have found in the past that these are not added to the recips. Dunno why
Anyway sorry for not responding earlier

Relish - despite Rusties reprimanding - I just had this - it was fan-dabbie-dosie - did it from memory - put a few peas in for colour and would use lemon juice at the end instead of the lemongrass - don't know about it but I just can't master how I should use lemongrass! Did this as a starter - now for main course - Beef Wellington hmmm
