Steamed pudding

I want to make the classic steamed sponge pudding for 10 people. I have seen the classic recipe: [link] What measurements you guys suggest i use? For exampe should i double the eggs to 4? I know using the wrong measurements usually leads to disater.

For a 1.2 litre pudding basin you need 225g butter, 175g sugar, 4 eggs and 225g SRF. A 1.2 litre basin serves 6-8. You could make 2?
