More on the Parma ham theme: I have recently moved to the Outer Hebrides (honest!) and sadly there appears to be no such thing as an Italian deli. The supermarkets do not stock things such as prosciutto, Parma or pancetta etc. They have to odd scabby packet of this and that but nothing very inspirational. Does anyone know any web sites where I can buy this stuff on-line and is not too expensive.
