Whats best organic or free range turkey

A black and white if you can get it, very strong flavour. Otherwise free range organic Bronze.

Where would we get organic Bronze? Whereabouts are the specialist Turkey farmers, would they be in Norfolk?

My supplier for many years has been Munson's Poultry in Boxted, Colchester . Ask for Julian, son of John Munson who has now retired to France. They have Norfolk Black and Bronze available and are fully reliable with delivery. Good Luck. David.

I am getting my bronze from my local butcher he advertisers widely in the local newspaper so have you got a Q butcher or one (like ours )that supports the local farmers
