At@IT SORRY. I MEAN SORRY ISN'T THE WORD, DON'T DRINK RED WINE. No I am sorry, just got a little horrified there that someone doesn't drink red wine. I feel good in that I drink it for you.

Who knows my sweet, if you don't have a particular meat that goes well etc, then you should please yourself. I beleive in drinking what I like and not whats supposed to be right.

The only advice I give is - with soup and chicken why red wine? White would drink easier. However, if you want a red, then go for a light one - slightly (and I mean SLIGHTLY chilled).

A good beaujolais nouveau would ne nice - like prawnfiller suggested - serve slightly chilled, another light red that I have tried recently is a spanish Navarra - you can get this really cheaply at Lidl - not sure whether this is a country wide supermarket??
