Hi Cathy. I think her name is Mini C. You should be able to find some of her recipes here in the recipes section, under her name. Click on 'Recipes' on the left, then scroll down the list in the 'Find recipes by chef' and you will find her.

From what I can gather off the net, Mini C runs a Thai restaurant in Chelsea, London, called Busabong. She will also have a recipe book published early next year (March 1st) called "Mini C. 100 Great Thai Dishes" - Amazon are taking pre-orders. Can't wait - I love Thai food too Cathy!

I love Thai Food but also Chinese. You Aussies have the wonderful Kylie Kwong to learn from. I was so pleased when UK food brought her show over her. I have her book, she's fab too like Mini C.
