What a great idea for a party. All the prep can be done hours in advance. All you need to do is mix up marinades and chop meat, fish and veg. It means you can enjoy the meal without having to jump up and down to cook and serve missing all the good gossip. Mind you it took ages to clean the table this morning!!!

It went well then? LOL, cleaning the table is your own fault for inviting messy eaters!
