Have you cooked anything after watching the programme that you'd definitely make again? I tried Gino's Melanzane Parmigiana, and it turned out looking the same as when he did it. I was thrilled and my husband loved it too.

My favourite so far is one of Ross Burden's - Betty's Secret Hotpot. I served it with red cabbage and apple, went down a treat. Everyone wanted seconds, definitely a keeper! Smile

Hi Brie, Thanks for the welcome. I've only been on here a few times, but everyone seems so helpful which is great. Alysha - that hotpot dish sounds good, think i'll have a look for it.

hi liffey, welcome from me too, I tried a couple of Ken Hom's recipes after he showed them on the Chinese New Year show, the stir fried vegetables and the cold noodles, the veggies were great and I make them a lot still but the cold noodles didnt' go down too well.

Hi Everyone - Mary Cadogan's tartiflette is very popular in our house, as was Tony Tobin's 5 onion soup. I'll be doing Sophie Greigson's cheese biscuits again for Hogmanay, but a bigger batch than last year, as they lasted 2 minutes!! Big Grin
