What a line-up do we have for you on Thursday's show. Samuel and Samantha Clark of Moro will be in to talk about their new cook book, Casa Moro, and will be preparing rabbit paella with rosemary and almonds. Mike Robinson will be on cooking his version of Porcetta with rosemary tomatoes and boulangere potatoes, and Gino D'Acampo will be serving up turkey pie. If you have any questions for any of them please write in!

Will Gino be plucking the turkey beforehand and getting rid of the legs and head..or it might be a little difficult to serve in the pie..you'd need a big dish?

Siobhan ..I think after Jeni made him show his arms to me on the show, quite a few weeks ago..Gino may be a little scared of answering any of my questions.

But the restraining order says I only can't go within 50 feet of him...so I figure the website is okay.

I think Gino bears a striking resemblance to my cat - absolutely gorgeous but a bit vacant at times. He's got hairy arms too - just a pity he's been neutered.
