I HAVE JUST RECENTLY COME BACK FROM A TRIP TO SPAIN WHERE I ENJOYED A CUP OF HOT CHOCOLATE LIKE NO OTHER I HAVE EVER HAD. IT WAS THICK AND INTENSELY "CHOCALATELY" LIKE I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED IT TO BE BUT NEVER HAD. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS HOW THEY MAKE IT AND WHETHER THE RELEVANT PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE IN THE UK?

We have this in Italy too, it's amazingly thick and intense with flavour.

Add a large slug of brandy to it and its even better. I believe in Spain its called Lamumba and is also great brandy cold chocolate milk ice for the summer.
