My wife was watching The Best yesterday 14/10/04 and saw Silvano Franco making a meal with belly pork. She said it looked very nice and was really easy to do but she only got half the recipe . Can any one tell me the incrediants and methode please

Hi Haydn, I also only managed to see half of the recipe and I would like to make it at the weekend. Which half did your wife see? I saw the second one.

I dont have the recipe but I watched the show. I think she used salt ,5 spice powder and her Secret ingredient was Spanish smoked Paprika.She roasted the belly of pork and then used soy sauce., rice wine and Honey for the sauce Maybe I am missing something else,. Hope this helps .

Thanks Marion, I only managed to see the bit where she was putting paprika on it and missed the other ingredients. I will have a go and cook it on Sunday.
