that was a dreadful recipe and I am surprised it was on. My mother has made pesto rosso for years and years and years and her mother before her for years and years and years.

I thought it looked really nice especially if you dont feel like garlic at the time.

that recipe was nice i tried it no one complained in my house an i had italian friends over they loved it to very nice they said........

lemonpuff was our little visitor from last night....thankfully the mods seem to have got rid of most of his horrible posts. Smile

(Not just saying that in defense of Gino BTW..I haven't tried the pesto recipie myself...so have no idea. Big Grin )

go to off the menu gino dicampo thread page with 121-130 and you`ll find his name then click on his name and his posts will come up then read what he had to say on the 10th
