Just watched GFL/Bites and see Jeni's problem. The answer for me was to put uncooked rice in a fry pan and practice with that over a cloth, catches spills! I will look forward to seeing the result.

I can't do it either...it just ends up all over the oven and floor.

Brie,tilt the pan so that the food slips to the far edge and with a slow flip it over then start to increase your speed.You will find it easy after a few goes.Everything gets an even coat and no time wasting utensils.
