Can someone help me with this - the cooking time of 25 minutes seems very short, and from what i remember on the show he said you could cook it for hours and the meat would just fall apart and be yum.
Thanks for your time - i'm cooking this this evening so if anyone could shed some light on it i'd be most appreciative Smile

gotta reply to myself then by the look of things - i dont know where this timing came from in the recipe but it seems way off :(

I have just looked at that recipe. It seems that the timing is right for pork fillet as described in the method. But, on the ingredients it says pork shoulder, which will take a lot longer. Another recipe error, it seems to happen a lot. Angry

hi imjustachef. i've tried this recipe and yes the timing like chef de maison said is just right, and i used pork fillet so try that hunnie and let us know how you got on, Big Grin
