Another idea for a program - obviously not right away - could be the gifts that we could make for christmas time, i.e. flavoured oils, cakes etc, that taste better the longer they are preserved.

As Christmas is gradually raising it's head what about an item on cake decorating, and plain or sponge cakes? My family won't eat the traditional fruit cakes. I saw Christmas cards for sale last week!
