My 12 year old son wanted to know what the 2 pigs ( when AWT was sat down at the table ) on the clock were doing!!
Just finished explaining how piglets are made!

Sorry to change the subject slightly but did anyone see the episode on last night where he was making the Kumquat pickle? What on earth was the slug type thing he got out of that plastic container? He said it was organic and called a "mother" in the trade, but I do not recal him telling us exactly what it was and how it makes vinegar?

Hi Brie I'm also enjoying the series but it's because I live about 1 mile away from AWT's Spanish house. When you see the episode where he buys his garlic and spices that's the same market stall that I use and I can tell you it's absolute heaven. Sue

It's also close to my time share where we go every year and I too have been in that market - it is really fabulous, the spices are fantastic and we always bring some back - so cheap!
