At a party at the weekend one of the deserts served was a ring of biscuits splodged together with a creamy affair, I would really like the recipe if anyone has it please.

Sounds as though it could be similar to a recipe that I do very occasionally, quickly dip ginger snaps in and out of brandy or sherry or something dark and alcoholic and then sandwich together with whipped cream (with a little of whatever you dipped the biscuits in beaten in) then cover with whipped cream and decorate with fresh fruit. You can form the biscuits/cream into a log shape or a circle.
