Confused I love to make pasta, ravioli in particular. Has anybody got a ravioli filling with a difference?

Feathers - there are quite a few on site. Type Ravioli in the search box at the top of the page, make sure Recipes is showing in the next box, then click on Go.
I'm sure you will get a few ideas.

Hi Feathers, I have a recipe under my name Paul Young for Chocolate Tortelini with an almond and blood orange.
It was the very first recipe I made on the show last year.
Different, gorgeous and quite straight forward.

bests

As the search engine isn't working too well at the moment, the full name of Paul's recipe is
Almond and Amaretti Filled Chocolate Tortellini with Blood Orange Sauce
or you can find it by clicking on recipes, dessert in course and Paul Young in chef.

Ok - sp this is an OLD post. But I just found it as I just acquired a pasta roller so I'll post for other people like me who may find this comes up on a search for ravioli recipes.

My maiden pasta voyage involved ravioli stuffed with salmon, garlic, lemon zest, fresh tarragon and a scant, scant pinch of dried chilli -

for next time i am enthused by an idea for quail ravioli in quail consomme that can be found on cocquinaria.com OR artichoke ravioli as i love artichokes - if anyone stumbles across as i did and has tips for artichoke based ravioli stuffings post them up x x x

Could you tell me how you made your "maiden pasta voyage" with the salmon? It sounds lovely! I have always wanted to try ravioli but seeing as I don't like cheese Frown I have not seen a recipe without it!! So yours sounds lovely Tongue

What did you put with it?
