The Chartreuse website is really interesting. Firstly it does have the recipes for soufle, chocolate mousse and a savoury dish called tomatoes chartreuse as Rustie and blondie have said, but it also asks for recipe suggestions, so that could be very interesting. I wouldn't mind experimenting and adding another one the the three they already have. It would be great to see a personal recipe on a website.

I've got lots of fresh herbs in the garden as well- caraway, lemon balm, majoram, curry plant- that I don't really use! In the cuboard there are plenty of weird and wonderful spices - black cumin seeds. Also oriental ingredients such as dried block of shrimps, tamarind paste and the ones that keep on being brought up such as saffron.

ooo one I did forget is some sort of italian seasoning I was bought as a present. Not really sure what is in it (was in Italian and have thrown the plastic sac away and put it in a air-tight tin) but think it is mainly a mixture of dried chillis and parsley...seriously hot!

Can anyone tell me where I can buy anchovy essence please.
