Hi everybody - if you have any questions for Simon Rimmer or Lotte Duncan for Tuesday 24th's show, please post them here. They will be cooking with prawns, avocadoes, mangoes, tortillas, salsa, tomatoes, basil, cookies, peanut butter, enchiladas, chorizo and olives, so get post happy!!!!

I have made lemon and basil ice cream, I'm sure the recipe is on the uk food website.

I live in Spain so can get lots of Chorizo; what can I do with it??????? I Bar-B-Que sausages and pre-sliced chorizo is good in sandwiches......... BUT WHAT ELSE??

To many to name Vanessa,stews,casseroles,add to gumbo,paella's. Pasta dishes. ect.

Chorizo tortilla is a nice lunch time snack served with a dressed tomatoe and green salad with asparagus spears.

Hels Bels - I believe that other dish (James Martin)uses a lot of Basil in his sweets/puds. I remember seeing a sort of jelly/fruit terrine with a layer of basil in it.. could have been his recipe, whatever, try looking through his recipes, he certainly seems keen on basil with sweet things. Talking of basil I've just discovered lemon basil in an upmarket supermarket, you don't need to eat it just smell it!

hi folks!i'd like to know some quick and easy things to do with a glut of vine tomatoes that i've took over for my late dad they are gorgeously sweet and i don't want to waste any especially when you get them all ripening at once!thanks dad they're lovely.

Two questions that will take a very short time - seconds - to answer. SoOme time ago, Simon gave a recipe for Double Pork Chops. My questions are:

What was the marinade - quantities etc.
and for how long should the chops be marinated for?
