Hi there, can anyone help I was watching river cafe cookbook on Wed 18th August at 7.30pm and saw a chocolate cake being made, I managed to get most of the recipe but missed how much chocolate I need, if anyone saw it and can let me know that would be a great help. I have looked for the recipe on the recipes pages but it is not there.

I think it is 675g of dark chocolate (70% solids)

Margaret. I have their cookbook and have made this cake. I needed to bake it for a lot longer as it wasn't setting in the middle so be warned that it will take longer than stated. It says to bake it for 45 mins to 1 hour but I had to almost double that and it still didn't set.
By the way Rustie is right in the amount of chocolate.

Margaret I made this and had the same problem. I was livid as I had bought 7 bars of the chocolate and thought it was going to be spectacular. Some of the best chocolate recipes on this site are provided by Paul Young, they all work and are not so costly.
