I have a question for Ross, I love cooking Indian food, but I struggle to get gram flour, I have ground turmeric and fenugreek with plain flour to make onion bhajis, is there any other thing I could do to try and replace using gram flour, many thanks great show, and Jeni your as mad as a hatter.

Kindest regards Andy.

This is for Ross, from all the places you have visited which country's cuisine has inspired him the most to form his own recipes from, and which ingredient would he not be without. Thanks Helen.

I have been given 2 lovely rainbow trout rather than just plain grill or pan fry them, can Ross suggest a recipe to liven them up? Thanks Sue.

Helen you are right!

What a team those three made this morning the banter was almost as good as ours!

Alan and Ross are so knowing.k that ROss is going to South Africa in the morning and he just fits in this for the studio. I wonder how many others do it off the cuff eh?

Will Jenny would realize that Martino ending with an o is male not female!!!!

To thin
