Hi Sue501. Fennel tea is also execellent for collicky babies also a nice herbal drink using a whole bulb, seeds and a few crushed cardomon pods. Brew 5 min's. Strain and drink. Nice detox drink!

take some fennel seeds,pour warm water over it with rock candy sugar (available in asian shops).some crushed cardamon seeds and chopped almonds and pistachios, cool and refrigirate overnight. Drink next day. Very good and cooling summer drink
