"Eating it up" Analysed

After careful consideration I and my associate Food Detectives have drawn conclusions about "Eating it up".
1) Targeted Demographics-- 25 year olds and under
2) Format-- entertainment vehicle to promote food

Strengths; very good hosts, elements move quickly, interesting mix of elements, music bed fits within format, recipes meet demographic desires, commercial food comparisons meet demographic desires.
Weaknesses
Elvis Parady..as target audience would say, "So 15 minutes ago". This parady is tired and overused.
Wine tasting?.. Targeted demographics care little about wine contests. They'd prefer soft drinks for that matter.
Black and white film (effects) effective in moderation, but needs subject matter change. Twice in one show too much.
While hosts are good, do not match demographic profile.
Sous Chefs overused. Once is enough. Demograhic target will tune into comedy shows for laughs and wil not make appointment for this element.

Conclusion: Show will not survive in current format. (Food detectives do not assume liability as a result from contract with Agency. If contacted, Food Detectives will disvow any information gathered in analysis.)

Very respectully,

Can you rephrase that in English please!!!

Sonia

P.S. Have also given it a second shot (could not believe that it was continuously that bad!) but have been deeply disappointed! This Demographic target was not impressed!!

Could someone please teach the Sous Chefs a new tune? I suppose the fact that they only know one fits in with the musical tastes of the demographic.

Eating it Up just strikes me as a bit of fun - a lighthearted look at the world of food in a leftfield way. i don't think it needs to be analysed like that. i wouldn't let it spoil your day if i were you! there's plenty of other daytime pap to do that. i mean u could watch the Salon instead or the 24 hour quiz!!! now that really is tripe.
