Does anybody have a recipe for cardamon ice-cream? I saw it sometime on a cookery programme, but cannot remember which one. I would be grateful for any replies or suggestions. Thanks.

If you take a basic vanilla ice cream recipe, and replace the vanilla with cardamon you'll have your recipe.
Use 1/2 teaspoon of cardamon for every litre of ice-cream.

I also like to add chopped roasted almonds as well, they work well with cardamon.

I have found a recipe on this site for "Pecan Pie with Cardomon Ginger Ice Cream" I don't know if it is the one you wanted but I think you could leave out the ginger if you wanted to. Good luck
