On GFL today I saw Vicky Bhogal cook with an indian cheese where she added spices and fryed it. can anyone tell me the name of the cheese and the spices she used?

The cheese is called paneer. It's quite often fried. I'm sorry I can't remember what the spices were but I'm sure a quick Google will give you some ideas.

I cant remember exactly the spices,but its red chilli powder,turmeric powder,fresh green chillies,cumin seeds,salt to taste.also garlic to infuse the oil.
