I was watching the peograme "The Best" today 2nd Jan and some spicy chicken wings were made they looked lovley and i would love to give them a go. They were very much like Southern Fried chicken wings only they were cooked in the oven. Can any one help?

spiced chicken wings.Ingriedients are as follows cajun powder, paprika, a little plain flour salt and pepper. Mix together toss in chicken wings untill well coated pop into oven. Nice but not really Southern as I expected this recipe to be.
