In addition to my gluten allergy I am also allergic to lactose. Does anyone know What Feta cheese is made from and am I still allowed to eat it on a dairy free diet? Thank you

I have a friend who is dairy intolerant who is able to eat feta cheese. But then I have a sister who isn't. Check with an expert, maybe the Doctor?

I think it's an individual tolerance level thing.

I am lactose intolerant as well and I do eat Fetta cheese, but I usually get the goats milk one also I go for the organic variety, which is avaiable in most supermarkets. I have found out that it is all a bit of have a go and see what happens, hope this helps.
