Having read karen's posts, I double checked my link, and it brings up that what I wanted has been moved!!

So can I just say that I found some messageboard messages on Delia's website, along with a posting of a recipe and other suggestions.

I simply did a google search for Sainsburys thai chicken curry.

Hi Karen and Rustie

Thanks for your responses. I have tried the Sainsbury's site, but for some reason I can't get any further than the search page. I will try again later.

Thank you.

I know this is a real long time since this post has been up, but I've just been looking for the exact same recipe, I've treasured the sainsburys card for years, even brought it to NewZealand with me, but recently put it all on computer and threw it away, I'm gutted, I don't know what I was thinking and now my computer had a spaz attack and I've gone and lost it. That's how I came across this. Anyway luckily I've passed it on to lots of friends and my mum. SO if you'd still like the recipe, just let me know. I'll see if I can't come back and post it here once I've got it. I know the ingredients are chick breasts, green chilli, lime, light soy sauce, ginger, coconut cream, corriander and I'm not sure if there's sugar too Tongue

Have also just had a look on the Sainsbury site and there are several recipes for Thai chicken curry. Have a look and see if there's the one you've lost.

1-2 Limes, grated zest and juice
2 level tablespoons Caster sugar

2. Blend the mixture for a few seconds until well mixed and allow to cool slightly.
3. Make 3 diagonal cuts across the chicken breasts, arrange in a dish and pour over half the coconut mixture. Cover and marinate in fridge for at least 30 mins.
4. Preheat the grill to a medium setting. Arrange the chicken, skin side down in a grill pan and spread over the marinade.
5. Grill for 10-15 mins, turning and basting occasionally. Allow slightly longer to cook the skin side of he chicken.
6. While the chicken is cooking, heat the remaining coconut mixture in a saucepan stirring occasionally and simmer gently for 2 mins until piping hot.. Don not boil as it may start to separate.
7. Serve the chicken with the sauce and Thai Fragrant Rice, garnished with the reserved coriander.
